Important Application Information

This application will be sent electronically to Cambridge Court Apartments. To obtain a contract, and to further insure that your apartment is reserved, please contact the manager. Your reservation will not be final until a contract has been signed. Occupancy requires a $325 security deposit plus the first month's rent. Applicants that terminate their contract to Cambridge Court prior to occupancy will forfeit the $325 deposit.

Please do not send the security deposit until an opening has been confirmed through the manager.
