Q: Can I tour an apartment?
A: Yes! We give tours during our regular office hours. We are only able to give tours if there is a vacant apartment. Please call/email ahead to ensure there is an apartment available to tour.
Q: What utilities do I have to pay for?
A: The tenant is responsible for gas and electricity utilities, which is estimated at about $20 each per month. All other utilities are included (water, sewage, garbage, internet, etc.)
Q: What is the breakdown of the monthly costs?
A: Each month you will pay rent, gas, and electricity. Optional monthly costs: washer/dryer in unit $20, pet fee $35.
Q: Does this complex allow pets?
A: Yes, we are pet friendly! There is a $350 non-refundable deposit per pet and a $35 monthly fee per pet. You must have the required pet documents submitted and approved before housing the pet.
Q: Does this complex allow ESAs?
A: Yes, but you must have the required documents submitted and approved before housing the animal or you are subject to fines.
Q: Are there pet restrictions?
A: Tenants may have up to two pets in the apartment. The following breeds are restricted: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canario, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Dobermans, Chowchows, St. Bernard's, Great Danes, Akitas, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bulldog, Karelian Bear Dog, or any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds. Other breeds may be restricted at manager’s discretion. All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and must be spayed or neutered. Dogs must be at least 1 year old.
Q: Do I have to be a student living here?
A: No, this is community housing, anyone can live here! You do not have to be a student or married to rent an apartment with us. You can even rent with a roommate!
Q: What options do I have for laundry?
A: We have a 24-hour laundry facility on-site. There are also washer/dryer hookups in each apartment – we do not provide washer/dryer units for apartments. If you hook up your own washer/dryer, there is an additional $20 monthly charge for water usage and dryer vent maintenance.
Q: Is the laundry facility free?
A: No, it is a coin-operated laundry facility. Loads cost $1.75/wash and $1.75/dry.
