At Cambridge Court apartments we have a 1 and 2 bedroom layouts available. Both layouts provide a cozy atmosphere that makes the apartment feel like “home.” These apartments are unfurnished but come with several appliances. Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and, dishwasher. In the hallway, there is a laundry closet which can be used to store and connect your own washer and dryer units or can be used as a storage closet - there is also a laundry facility on site. The bathrooms include a shower and bathtub combo with a cute vanity set for bathroom storage.

There is a $200 one-time admin fee and a $400 refundable security deposit fee required to reserve the apartment. This will be charged upon applicant approval.
Other costs: Tenant is responsible for gas and electricity utility costs. If the tenant chooses to have a washer/dryer in the unit there is a $20 monthly fee. If the tenant chooses to have a pet in the unit there is a $35 monthly pet fee and a $350 non-refundable deposit. Tenants must also get and provide proof of renter’s insurance.
